Check warnings and opening status
Check weather warnings, attraction notices and road conditions close to departure and on the day. Rain does not mean every attraction remains suitable, nor that every trip must be cancelled.
Adjust to actual conditions
Discuss pausing, reordering stops, reducing walking or changing transfers. Follow notices during heavy rain, hazardous road conditions or closures and avoid restricted areas.
Check costs after changes
Check whether hotels, vehicles and tickets can be changed or refunded, whether extra charges apply, and keep written records. Do not assume a full refund or free rescheduling without confirmed terms.
