Choosing a group contact for your Guizhou reception arrangements

Published:

Choose a contact who follows the trip

Before confirming the plan with Yijin, identify the person who will receive meeting details and coordinate with companions. If the booking contact will not travel, explain who will be present. Agree on a practical contact method and a backup person if needed.

Explain the local handover

For a Guizhou trip with several accommodation stops, ask Yijin to confirm who receives each day’s meeting details. If the person handling the booking is not travelling, identify a travelling companion who can communicate with the receiving team.

Confirm the language of instructions

Yijin has professional English-speaking and Korean-speaking guides. Tell the team your preferred language and confirm the days, hours and scope of guiding. Explain which companions need the meeting instructions in that language and how you would like the confirmed details shared.

Pass on the confirmed version

After a meeting point or time is agreed, share that version with the people involved. Keep a clear distinction between a request and a confirmed change. If different companions receive different details, ask the receiving team to clarify before anyone follows a separate plan.

Update the contact before a handover

Tell the agreed team contact if responsibility passes to another companion. Confirm who receives the next meeting instructions and which details still apply. Keep the shared itinerary and contact information together so the group can follow the same arrangement without relying on separate recollections.
