YIJIN TRAVEL · Guizhou
Combining Guizhou transfers and English or Korean guiding
Build the route around overnight stops
Tell Yijin where you expect to stay each night and which Guizhou visits you want to include. Share any existing reservations. A clear sequence of overnight stops helps identify where transfers, sightseeing and guide service need to connect, rather than treating each booking as an isolated purchase.
Choose the guide days explicitly
Yijin has professional English-speaking and Korean-speaking guides. Specify your preferred language and the days requiring accompaniment. Ask if the guide travels between destinations with you or meets the group locally. Confirm any handover so your party knows who is responsible at each stage.
Match the vehicle to the journey
Provide passenger numbers and luggage needs, including any large items. Discuss the vehicle arrangement for longer transfers and for local visits separately if they differ. Check pickup addresses, drop-off points and any service limits in the proposal. Avoid assuming that a quoted vehicle includes every requested detour.
Read attraction transport alongside the route
If your plan includes Huangguoshu, Libo or village visits, ask how the vehicle connects with the walking route and any attraction transport. Check what the quotation includes and what is arranged separately. Discuss rest breaks and the return meeting point before agreeing on a busy sightseeing day.
Confirm changes in writing
Ask how arrival delays, additional waiting or a changed overnight stop would be handled. Review the guide fee, vehicle service and any extra charge together. Keep one confirmed itinerary and contact method for the receiving team so adjustments can be discussed against the same plan.
