Sharing luggage and pickup details for your Guizhou trip

Published:

Describe passengers and bags together

Before the vehicle arrangement is confirmed, send Yijin the number of passengers and the number and approximate size of bags. Mention bulky items that may affect loading. A passenger count alone does not tell the receiving team how much luggage space your party needs.

Connect luggage with each transfer

If your Guizhou programme includes several accommodation stops, tell Yijin which days you expect to travel with all your bags. Share any independently arranged delivery or storage plan and ask how it connects with the receiving team’s transfer schedule. Do not assume a hotel will hold items without confirmation.

Confirm language and accompaniment

Yijin has professional English-speaking and Korean-speaking guides. Tell the team which language you need for pickup communication and which transfers require guiding. Confirm the accompaniment hours and included services; a vehicle booking alone does not define the guiding arrangement.

Ask about storage instead of assuming it

If you want to leave bags before check-in or during an independent visit, ask the relevant provider whether storage is available and under what conditions. Confirm where and when you will collect them. Share any resulting change in meeting time or transfer destination with the receiving team.

Update the agreed details before departure

If your party adds passengers or larger bags, tell the team before the transfer. Ask whether the proposed vehicle and pickup plan still work and whether the price changes. Keep the confirmed meeting point, contact method and revised details together so companions follow the same arrangement.
