Transport & vehicles
Confirm the vehicle, passengers and luggage, pick-up points, daily hours and mileage, fuel, tolls, parking, and driver meals and accommodation.
Hotels & rooms
Confirm hotel names and locations, room types, occupancy, breakfast and single-room supplements rather than relying only on a star-category description.
Tickets & scenic transport
List admission, transport within attractions, reservations, and child or concession eligibility separately. A package cost is not a standalone admission price.
Guides, meals & changes
Confirm service language, guide hours, meal arrangements, optional activities and cancellation or change terms. All CNY amounts must state whether they are per person or per vehicle per day.

Arrival and booking preparation
Remote enquiries and service language
Within China, use the official hotline; from overseas, use the listed +86 mobile numbers. Confirm a mutually workable language, time zone and callback time. Foreign-language guides and interpreting require separate availability and price confirmation.
Arrival in Guiyang and transfers
Share your airport or station, flight or train number, date, party size and luggage. Confirm in writing whether transfers are included, the meeting point, contact method, waiting arrangements and delay handling. An itinerary name alone does not establish a transfer inclusion.
Booking details and document checks
Start with dates, party size, adult and child numbers and room needs. Where a confirmed booking requires identity information, provide only the necessary details and check name format, document type and usage rules. Do not post full document numbers in public comments.
Currency, payment and written confirmation
Request an itemized CNY quote and confirm payment method, receiving entity, payment stages, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms before signing. Insurance, shopping arrangements and guide services must be confirmed for the specific plan.
